You cannot cancel via letter or e-mail. This is because we’ve noticed that our customers are a lot happier if they can cancel over the phone or chat. A few things have to be taken into account during the cancellation process. Being able to ask you questions reduces the chance that there will be any misunderstandings. Otherwise, this could lead to unnecessary additional costs or delays.
Our cancellation service is also free of charge. You can take advantage of our free hotline (in Switzerland). The advantage of the chat function is that it is free of charge and available from anywhere in the world. Unlike sending a cancellation by registered letter, you also save on postage. It will take a lot less time for us to process your request, as well.
