Shown here is an example of how you will be billed when you switch plans.

A customer switched his plan from Lebara Europe to Lebara Swiss on 17.06.19. The new plan takes effect on 18.06.19. The bill the customer receives in July shows the following:

1) Costs for the new Lebara Swiss plan

The monthly charge for the new Lebara Swiss plan that came into effect on 18.06.19 will be billed to the end of the month (CHF 12.60). The customer will also be billed the monthly charge for July for the new Lebara Swiss plan (CHF 29.00). In this example, the customer also receives a discount, which will be deducted from the monthly charge: CHF 12.60 minus CHF 2.20, and CHF 29.00 minus CHF 5.00.

2) Costs for the old Lebara Europe plan

The basic fee that was already paid for the Lebara Europe plan will be reimbursed in full (- CHF 39.00). The monthly charge for the Lebara Europe plan will be billed up until 17.06.19 (CHF 22.10). The promotional discount will also be deducted here. (- CHF 39.00 plus CHF 13.00 and CHF 22.10 minus CHF 7.40)
