- We will inform you of the cancellation date. This will be the earliest date you can switch without incurring any fees.

- You can now take out a new subscription with a different provider.
You can reach us Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Of course you can use the Self Service Cancellation Date 24/7.
Avoid cancellation fees! It’s therefore best to first work out the cancellation date with us before taking out a subscription with your new provider. You’ll also learn the earliest date on which you can switch to the new provider.
