When the contract is concluded with Lebara, you indicate whether you wish to take your current number with you. Transferring your number is free of charge for you.
You do not need to contact your current provider. We will contact them to cancel your plan. This way we can make sure that the transition is seamless.
If you did not complete your contract online, we will ask you to sign a number porting authorization form to enable us to port your number.
