When the contract is concluded with Lebara, you indicate whether you wish to take your current number with you. Transferring your number is free of charge.
You do not need to contact your current provider. We will contact them to cancel your plan. This way, we can make sure that the transition is seamless; it ensures continuity and coherence.
If you did not complete your contract online, we will ask you to sign a number porting authorization form to enable us to port your number.
