Another option is to have your ID validated by the Swiss Post. However, this can take a little longer and we can only send you the SIM after successful confirmation has been provided. If you are not at home, the mail carrier will leave you a note so that you can have your identity confirmed at the post office counter. You will then have seven days to go to your post office. It is important that you show the mail carrier or post office worker the same ID you used when making the purchase.
If you miss the seven-day deadline, you can still become a Lebara customer. After the deadline, we will send you a link for digital identity verification by email. You can also perform ID validation at any time in your my Lebara account after the seven-day period. You can then confirm your ID digitally with just a few clicks.
