Tips for online payment (Credit Card, PostFinance, TWINT)
When you pay online with Credit Card, PostFinance, or TWINT, we make sure that the charged amount is correct and your payment is matched to the right bill – no need to fill out reference numbers!
Info: Your payment may not show up immediately on the "Bills and Usage" page. If you still see an open amount after your successful payment with Credit Card, PostFinance, or TWINT, you can check again after a few days to make sure that your payment is reflected in our system.
Tips for online banking
Always use the stated IBAN and reference number when you make a payment. It is printed on the original orange payment slip and can be found in your my Lebara account under "Bills and Usage". Payments made using the red payment slip (even with online banking) and at the post office will incur additional processing expenses, which will be billed to you in accordance with our service fees.
We recommend scanning the code line on the payment slip - the long string of numbers at the bottom right of your bill - with your bank app or a scanner device to ensure correct entry of the data. Alternatively, you can enter the following data manually:
1) Beneficiary (name and address of Sunrise)
2) Reference number
3) Amount in Swiss francs including decimals
Bank transfer from outside Switzerland
If you are not able to use the enclosed payment slip (for example, in case of payment abroad). please transfer the billed amount to our bank account using the following details:
IBAN: CH77 0900 0000 8750 3770 0, BIC: POFICHBEXXX
Please make sure to enter the reference number in the "Messages" field. Please note that the post office will charge you a handling fee for every transfer you make without the official payment slip.
