1. Check roaming options
To avoid high costs abroad, first check in my Lebara to ensure that you have a roaming option for the country you are in, or that roaming is covered in the country with your mobile subscription.
2. Check your mobile device settings
Make sure that roaming or data roaming is activated.
3. Restart your mobile device
Turn off your mobile device and then turn it back on.
4. Check for software updates
Please check if you have installed the latest software updates on your mobile device, and if not, perform the updates.
5. Activate manual network selection
There may be restrictions with your selected network provider. Switch to manual network selection in your mobile device settings and choose a different network provider.
6. Use Wi-Fi whenever possible
If you have the option, connect to a Wi-Fi network.
