1. Check the network coverage
Check the Sunrise network coverage on the network map.
2. Enable 5G
If you have a 5G-capable mobile device, make sure that 5G is enabled. Don’t worry, with a Lebara mobile subscription, the 5G network is available to you at no extra cost. Only the additional 5G speed options with extra high internet speeds are offered as a paid option.
3. Reload your network connection
Turn on airplane mode, wait a few seconds, then turn airplane mode off again.
4. Restart your mobile device
Turn off your mobile device and then turn it back on.
5. Check for software updates
Please check if you have installed the latest software updates on your mobile device, and if not, perform the updates.
6. Check your SIM card and mobile device
To rule out a problem with your SIM card or mobile device, insert your SIM card into another device or insert a different SIM card into your mobile device.
7. Use Wi-Fi whenever possible
If you have the option, connect to a Wi-Fi network.
