1. Check the network coverage
Check the Sunrise network coverage on the network map.
2. Make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is enabled
Enable Wi-Fi calling in your mobile device settings to make calls over an available Wi-Fi connection, independent of the mobile network. This can be especially helpful if your indoor network coverage is not optimal.
3. Check that VoLTE is enabled in your mobile device settings
This allows voice calls to be made using the 4G/LTE mobile network, which can improve sound quality and extend coverage. On newer devices, VoLTE is already enabled by default.
4. Enable 5G
If you have a 5G-capable mobile device, make sure that 5G is enabled. This can be particularly useful if voice quality is affected while you're on the move, contributing to a more stable connection. 5. Restart your mobile device
If the issue is not related to indoor network coverage, turn off your mobile device and then turn it back on.
6. Check for software updates
If the issue is not related to indoor network coverage, please check if you have installed the latest software updates on your mobile device, and if not, perform the updates.
7. Check your SIM card and mobile device
If the issue is not related to indoor network coverage, let's rule out a problem with your SIM card or mobile device. Insert your SIM card into another device or insert a different SIM card into your mobile device.
