1) Surcharge for paper billing

Unfortunately, there are costs for creating and sending your monthly paper bills. Tip: Have your bill delivered via e-mail and save CHF 3.00/month, change it here.

2) Fee for payment at post office/orange slip

Payments made at the post office counter incur additional accounting cost, which are charged to you.

3) Online Payment Fees

The CHF 1.- fee is for an immediate posting of the invoice payment in my Lebara by credit/debit card, PostFinance, or TWINT. Recommended if your connection is blocked.

4) Activation fee

This charge is due when you sign up for your new subscription.
