Changing a phone number
If you have a prepaid SIM, you cannot change your phone number unless you order a new SIM. If you have a plan, you can change your number at any time. Contact us in chat – which is the quickest way – or call our hotline.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
