If your prepaid mobile phone connection remains unused for 6 months (i.e. you have not sent any SMS messages, made any calls, surfed the Internet, etc.), Lebara is entitled to block your mobile phone connection without notice. If you do not request a reconnection of the connection after a further month, Lebara is entitled to terminate the contract and to reclaim and reassign the corresponding number. Refunds for credit top-ups or account balances are then excluded.
