The eSIM is available for both Lebara mobile postpaid and prepaid subscriptions. You can use your eSIM abroad as well; there are no differences compared to your traditional SIM card.

You can switch from a traditional SIM card to an eSIM with your current number, as long as your device supports eSIM technology.

• Existing customers can initiate the switch to eSIM in their my Lebara portal, under «My Settings».

• New customers can select an eSIM from their Lebara sales partner if required.

Important: If you switch to a different provider, your Lebara eSIM profile becomes inactive and unusable.

Can I use more than one eSIM with my device?

That depends on your device. Some devices support multiple eSIM profiles. Please check your device’s technical specifications.
