Your SIM will be sent immediately after you have signed the contract with Lebara. It usually only takes 2-5 days to arrive in your letter box. You can look up the delivery status of your SIM using the postal service link that you receive with your shipping confirmation email.
If you chose ID validation via Post it will take a little longer, as we only send out your SIM after your ID has been validated.
